The first step is to reach out through our website—either by email or phone. We’ll schedule a virtual consultation to learn more about you, your situation, and your specific needs. From there, we’ll define the scope of work, including whether sessions will be virtual or in-person, how often we’ll meet, who will be involved in the coaching process, and the overall timeline. Every experience is tailored to ensure the highest level of support and care.

No, we are NOT lawyers. We provide a white-glove experience to individuals and families impacted by incarceration, leveraging decades of expertise in the state and federal prison systems, both from lived experience and professional practice. While we do not offer legal counsel, we partner with top attorneys to help clients navigate the emotional and social complexities of incarceration. Our support addresses the trauma, uncertainty, and emotional challenges such as fear, shame, anxiety, and anger. We also guide individuals through the prison experience—helping them orient to the environment, understand what to expect during their first 30, 90 days, and beyond, and providing ongoing support through post-release and re-entry. Our goal is to reduce the fear and confusion surrounding incarceration by offering clear, informative guidance at every stage, ensuring individuals and their families feel more prepared, informed, and supported.
